Cyclone pre-separation for cleaner, more consistent extraction The CT-VA-20 is designed to sit between the power tool and the Festool CT extractor. Dust and chips enter the pre-separator first, where cyclone separation collects much of the material in the container before it reaches the extractor filter bag. That means better suction consistency, less filter clogging and easier handling when large amounts of dust are produced.
